What is Pose Dress Hire?

We are a dress hire service based in Bondi Junction, Sydney. We offer dresses, bags and accessories for hire for 4 or 8 days. We also offer styling services to help you complete your look!

How does dress hire work?

  • Go to www.posedresshire.com.au.
  • Click on Hire Dresses and Separates
  • Select your hire period (4 or 8 days). Pick your dates and save
  • Go to checkout and select delivery method and payment option
  • We will pack your order and enclose a prepaid postage label and satchel.
  • Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 days
  • On the last day of hire, pop your return in the Australia Post yellow box and you are all set!

I live in Sydney, can I try the dress on?

Yes, you can! The team at Pose Dress Hire wants to make sure your favourite dress is the perfect fit since we recognise all bodies come in different shapes and sizes. We love helping out!

We offer complimentary try-ons for local customers:

- Try on sessions are 30 minutes each

- You can try up to 5 styles

- Receive our expert advice to feel and look beautiful

- We have shoes and accessories so you can see the complete look!

When do I need to book my hire?

We strongly suggest to take into account shipping times when booking your dress. For metro areas, Australia Post Express shipping usually delivers within 1-2 days. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the booking is made with enough time for delivery. 

For peace of mind, Pose Dress Hire also offers 8-day hire. Please get in touch with our friendly team if you have any questions

How much do you charge for shipping?

We have a flat shipping rate of $14.95 and this includes both delivery and return. Your order will include a prepaid postage label and satchel. Pick up is free from our warehouse in Bondi Junction

Do you ship to all states?

Yes, we do! Please pick a date 2 days before your event to ensure the dress arrives on time

Do I need to pay a deposit?

As Pose Dress Hire is a hiring services, we do charge a small deposit of 0.50 cents to capture the credit card details. Once the dress is returned, we will reimburse that amount back to your account

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Just choose local pick up from Bondi Junction and we will have your dress ready within 24 hours. We also love seeing our happy customers when they receive their orders!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We use Australia Post Express service due to its reliability. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business for metro areas

How do I know if my order is on its way?

We will send you an email with the tracking number and all the detail when your order is dispatched so you can track it via Australia Post

Do I need to dry-clean my hire dress?

At Pose Dress Hire, we want to make it easy for you and will look after the dry-cleaning so you don't have to.  We ask that you please do not attempt to clean it yourself as we work with local eco-friendly dry cleaners that have experience with higher end designer garments and fabrics

What do I do if my dress has wrinkles when I receive my order?

We will pack your order carefully so that you receive it ready to wear. However, due to the nature of certain fabrics and shipping handling, occasionally there will be some creasing. If that is the case, we ask that your please do not steam or iron the garment. Please leave it in the bathroom while you shower as the steam will naturally ease out any creasing
